Dear Residents,
Notice of Construction Work at Commercial Unit Phase 9.2
We are writing to inform you of the ongoing construction work that is taking place in the Commercial Unit located on the corner of Osbourne and Enfield Road
The project will see the commercial unit be fitted out by the purchaser and they are looking to complete the works by the end of October and open in early in November. We apologise for any inconvenience in advance, the purchaser’s sub-contractor will take completing the works between 08:00 and 17:30 Monday to Friday.
