London Affordable rents 2019/20
In April 2019, The Mayor of London updated the benchmark London Affordable rents which set a new standard rent level across all London Boroughs aimed to be affordable to households on low incomes.
For new units being let for the first time in 2019/20, the rents are:
1 bed - £155.13
2 bed - £164.24
3 bed - £173.37
4 bed - £182.49
