Regeneration Update: Phase 8.1 Enabling Works

South Acton Estate Regeneration: Phase 8 Enabling Works
During March 2024, Acton Gardens LLP, the developer for the Acton Gardens Estate Regeneration, will be commencing enabling works in preparation for the demolition of Carisbrooke Court.
The demolition of Carisbrooke Court is anticipated to commence in late Spring 24 and is estimated to take around 6 months to complete, a separate letter with more detail about the demolition will be issued in due course. The enabling works will include the erection of a boundary fence that will separate residents from the construction works ensuring there is clear and safe segregation. The fence will be erected as per the guide plan above (please note that the red line is indicative of the location and may alter slightly on site). . The North South walking route will remain open to residents and will be well lit to ensure resident safety.
