South Acton Estate Regeneration: Phase 9.3,5 & 6 Construction Update
As part of our ongoing commitment to keeping the local community updated on the Acton Gardens development site, the developer would like to update on works completed and works coming up in 2025.
Phase 9.3, 5 & 6
Phase 9.6 & 9.5
- Concrete Frames will become visible vertically above the hoarding line, along with scaffolding and external façade processes due to commence in February.
- There is expected to be a gate entrance drop kerb installed on Hanbury Road in Early 2025.
- First homes expected to be delivered Autumn 2026
Phase 9.3
- The brickwork façade will be constructed to the roof level and will be visible to the public.
Please note that there will be an increase in construction traffic on the site during the construction phase along Osbourne Road. Actions will be taken to reduce the build up of dust on the estate roads caused by the demolition works.
Construction hours will range between:
Monday – Friday: 8am - 6pm
Saturday: 8am - 1pm
Community Notice
The site will be closed from 24th December 2024, for the Christmas break with work returning from the 3rd January 2025.
The site will be under 24 hours surveillance during this period and an emergency, a contact number will be displayed on the boundary.
