Minimising Impact of Demolition on Local Residents

We have been working closely with the demolition contractor over the past few months to ensure that the impact of the demolition works on residents is minimised.

Through communication with residents at Acton Gardens and its neighbours, we appreciate that there are concerns in relation to noise, vibration, and dust. The demolition contractor will be monitoring noise and vibration levels throughout the demolition works to ensure they remain within agreed levels. Additionally, dust suppression equipment will be in operation during the demolition works, including the use of Monarflex. These dust precautions have recently been successfully used for the demolition of Frampton Court and Jerome Tower, effectively reducing the spread of dust.

If you have any further questions relating to the above, please contact the email address given in the footer below. The email address will be monitored, and responses will be provided to all queries.

Yours faithfully,

Acton Gardens LLP
