Success for Acton Gardens at First Time Buyer Readers’ Awards
Last week, the First Time Buyer Readers’ Awards, which recognise the property industry’s biggest successes were celebrated in London. Designed to honour the very best in the property industry, winners were rewarded for their ongoing support to first time buyers as they aim to take their first step on the property ladder.
With awards from 18 categories, including recognition for highly commended in each category, the First Time Readers’ Awards saw a record number of entries in 2019. This year, the judging panel comprised of leading experts from across the industry and shortlisted awards were also open to an online vote, where readers of First Time Buyer Magazine voted in support of their preferred company or project.
The award for Best Urban Regeneration Project went to Countryside Properties and L&Q for Acton Gardens. The team were absolutely delighted to collect the award on the night and to be recognised for going the extra mile to build fantastic new homes in sought after locations and providing support for those who need it most.
